What could be better than bananas, ice cream and rum?

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c dark rum
  • 2 tbsp. orange liqueur
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a wok over moderate heat.

Directions

  1. Add the bananas and sugar; stir-fry until the sugar melts, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the rum and orange liqueur; boil 30 seconds.
  3. Pour over ice cream scooped into individual serving dishes.
